Installation
Dalkia Aegis offers extensive experience with utility interface and all cogeneration units are expertly installed by seasoned professionals. Because of their modularity, most businesses do not experience service disruptions during the unit’s initial integration with the building. The complex interconnection process with the utility company requires the help of an experienced technical professional. We ensure this step is met with absolute compliance and efficiency. Once installed and interconnected, all CHP systems are commissioned to meet the exact requirements for each unique project. When applicable, black start testing is also conducted.

Operation & Monitoring

With the ability to view and change set points remotely, our technicians are alerted of any issues in real time. Our Siemens-based monitoring system provides preventive diagnostics, so any potential issues can be dealt with proactively.

Maintenance
The Dalkia Aegis maintenance package covers all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts and labor. With over 30 years of experience servicing all the CHP systems we install, we ensure that every Dalkia Aegis site is saving money. And because we’re cyberlinked to the system, we can often troubleshoot and fix problems right away without a service call in the event of a problem. If a site visit is necessary, our local service technicians provide same day/next day service and weekend emergency service.
