Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group announces expanded CHP project with AIMCO
Combined Heat and Power Company to develop six additional systems for Philadelphia apartments
Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group, LLC, a leader in modular CHP systems based in Holyoke, MA, has announced an agreement with Aimco (Apartment Investment and Management Company) to provide an additional six Combined Heat and Power systems for properties in Philadelphia, PA.
Aimco is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) headquartered in Denver, Colorado and is one of the largest owners and operators of apartment homes in the country. Aimco provides apartment homes to nearly 250,000 residents with properties in 24 states and the District of Columbia.
Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group has worked with Aimco in the past to develop Combined Heat and Power systems in its Philadelphia properties.
Founded in 1985, Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group is a full service Combined Heat and Power developer that manufactures and installs modular systems to reduce both energy costs and emissions for a variety of facilities, from healthcare and assisted living facilities, to recreational and multi-residential complexes, and hotels. Dalkia Aegis will provide six more Combined Heat and Power systems for Aimco which will be part of new energy installations at Park Town Place. The systems are expected to be online in early summer of 2015.
